About the role
Reporting to the Export Compliance Lead, this role ensures TWE is meeting its legal obligation of its export licence and other regulatory bodies by ensuring the export department is compliant in its documentation required for import clearance.
- Run daily reports to identify non-approved items
- Update and manage all non-vintage blends.
- Manage mid vintage alc/varietal blend changes
- Liaison with Lab/Technical team for any changes or new requirements
- Validate accuracy of data supplied to Wine Australia
- Registering products globally
About you
With proven prioritisation skills and a well-developed attention to detail you will be a confident communicator across a broad range of stakeholders
- Practical understanding of end-to-end international shipping operations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite & capability to deliver effective reports.
- Detailed understanding of system integration, excel, XML formats, database and ERP
- Wine product and technical knowledge preferred
