THE OPPORTUNITY
Location: Birtinya
Due to the rapid transformation of our operations and the acceleration of our export channels, we have identified the need for an Export Planner. This newly created role will play an important role in the delivery the National Logistics strategy, by supporting export shipping management, through effective scheduling and planning, which will include bookings, scheduling, vessel management, amendments and export documentation support.
YOUR RESPONSILBITIES
This newly created role will see you:
- Support and implement efficient, sustainable and customer focused processes through effective shipping management and administration.
- Support the execution and usage of new systems and tools to deliver the outcomes more effectively.
- Execute the logistics strategy for operations to enable and service continued export channels acceleration and release cost improvements efficiencies.
- Work with the Operations, Commercial, Procurement, Warehousing and other cross-functional and group teams to generate and deliver step-change outcomes for the Kilcoy business, customers and stakeholders.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL
You will bring with you 2 - 5+ years of export logistics experience, including export documentation. You will also demonstrate:
- An ability to navigate and lead change.

- Strong inter-personal, influencing and communication skills.
- Problem solving skills.
- Results oriented.
