The Nathan River mine site is located 50km inland from the Gulf of Carpentaria and approximately 760km from Darwin, we are the proud owner and operator of the Roper Bar Iron Ore Mine. We take pride of our in-house mine, marine and trans-shipment division, we manage a fleet of mine and marine assets dedicated to our operations.
As a result of the success of the initial operational kick off in 2023, we are anticipating our phase 2 expansion plans. This growth has created a need for additional crew members.
We looking to build a Talent Pool for Entry level positions within mining:
- De Watering Technician
- Pit Technician
- Geology – Sampler
- Trade Assistants
FIFO Roster Ex Darwin is 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off.
Desirable for this position:
- Clear understanding of mining working conditions within the NT.
- Understand this opportunity is to be part of a key team with responsibilities encompassing a startup operation (challenges and rewards)
- Capacity to meet shift work requirements.
- Be willing to undergo pre-employment medical checks.
