BDO’s People Advisory Teams partner with clients to deliver human capital solutions across areas such as Change Management, Employment and Expatriate Tax, Migration Services, Organisational Design and Psychology, Remuneration and Reward, Talent and Performance and Workforce Planning. Backed by both national and global resources, our team of experienced professionals help businesses of all sizes in defining and realising their strategies.
Our blended resourcing model includes the use of specialist contingent / contractor resources, and we are creating a panel of specialist contractors to support us to deliver for our clients.
We invite expressions of Interest from experienced facilitators and practitioners who would like to work on a more flexible contract basis for any one or more of the following capabilities where engagements require the facilitation of virtual and face to face training to professionals in:
- Finance
- Leadership and Management
- Coaching
- Stakeholder management
Notes:
- Only experienced practitioners need apply. Minimum 5 years’ experience
- These roles will be available when engagements require and there is no guarantee of contracted work.
- Resources will be required to enter into BDO’s standard contractor agreement if engaged, with specific contract terms including rates and duration to be agreed on a case by cases basis.
- Experience in Health desirable but not mandatory.
