Your Role:
Due to our continued growth, we are seeking Drive in Drive out (DIDO) Village Staff to join our team in Queensland across multiple locations throughout the Bowen Basin. These full-time positions involve a DIDO arrangement from your home location in Queensland to our Villages, operating on a 2 weeks on and 1 week off roster.
The available roles span across various departments onsite, including:
- Housekeeping Utility
- Kitchen & Dining Room Utility
- Retail and Bar Utility
- Grounds
- Store Person
- Administration
- Chefs
- Team Leaders
- Previous FIFO or DIDO experience is preferred but not essential.
- Strong experience in the relevant department.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive pre-employment medical and a drug screen.
- Provide a clear National Police Clearance issued within the last 6 months.
- A valid Queensland Driver's License (essential for some roles).
- Kitchen Staff must be available to work a week of night shift each swing.
- Flexibility to assist in other areas as required.
- Retail Staff must hold a valid RSA for Queensland.
- Chef Staff must hold a minimum Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent).
- Visa sponsorship may be available for Chef roles only.
- Shortlisted candidates will be invited to our Mackay based Assessment Centre being held in Late-March.
- Complete Civeo paperwork and provide relevant documents, including a Police Clearance less than 12 months old.
- Complete Pre-Employment Medical & Alcohol/Drug screen (if required)
- Complete all Site Inductions and Civeo inductions - online and face to face.
- Issued uniforms and contract.
