Current opportunities are available in the following fields:

  • People Partnering Services - researching, developing, and promoting effective people management systems to meet current and future customer needs, while maintaining strategic relationships with senior management, and provide strategic advice to improve organisational performance and people management.
  • Workforce Development - plan, design, and implement Organisational Development projects, focusing on strategic workforce and diversity plans. Lead initiatives such as leadership development, performance management frameworks, and employee-centric culture activation, while collaborating with stakeholders to drive transformative change, interpret complex data sets, lead talent management processes, and contribute specialist expertise to strategic plans and policies.
  • Employee / Industrial Relations - developing and promoting strategies for managing Employee Relations/Industrial Relations, including negotiation processes for industrial agreements and providing expert advice on legal matters.
  • Safety - provide strategic leadership of safety and wellness culture through effective safety management systems, while collaborating with the Executive Leadership Team and key stakeholders to develop and execute Work, Health and Safety strategies and initiatives.
  • Payroll – responsible for end-to-end payroll processing service across a range of payroll and benefits services applying expert, policy, procedure, award, taxation and legislative knowledge to deliver a high quality, consistent and efficient payroll service.

Suitable applicants will be placed in a recruitment pool which will remain active for twelve months. This pool may be used to fill various fixed-term, permanent full-time, and part-time positions as they become available, based on our organisational requirements.

Applicants will be required to obtain a National Police History Check via the City of Perth before commencing employment.
