About the RoleCanberra Grammar School is seeking beginner and experienced coaches who are committed to developing students in their chosen sport. The role of a Co-curricular Sports Coach is to instruct students on fundamental skills and foster player development within a fun, inclusive and safe environment. We are seeking expressions
of Interest for coaches in the following sports:Cricket, Rowing, Touch Football, Basketball, Strength & Conditioning, Swimming and Water Polo.
About YouYou are dedicated, passionate and possess the following:
- Engaging and enthusiastic coaching style with effective communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work with various levels of abilities across various age groups
- Demonstrated ability to plan and deliver engaging and effective training sessions
- Two professional references
All team members at CGS are required to have:
- Appropriate qualifications
- A valid ACT Working with Vulnerable People Card
- A current National Police Check (or willing to obtain); and
- Full working rights within Australia.
