**EXPRESSION OF INTEREST: FIFO Tradespeople Wanted! **
With 4 new contracts won, the Delta FM team is looking for qualified Trade people in the following areas:
Electricians or Refrigeration Techs/HVACs or Plumbers or Carpenters:
- Conduct maintenance tasks including inspection, classification, repairs, and planned works.
- Fault finding, reactive maintenance, and assisting other trades.
- Actively manage and meet response times, rectification times, and deadlines
- Prioritise and attend to urgent requests.
- Provide mobile device work orders, updates, and time estimates, including risk assessments.
- Ensure all the activities are performed by moral, ethical, and legal standards and maintain best FM practice.
Plumber
- Reporting directly to Delta FM Operational Support, ensuring continuity of essential services in a complex environment
- Repair and maintain plumbing, washers, pipes, drains. Install pipe assemblies, fittings, valves, appliances such as dishwashers and water heaters, and fixtures such as sinks and toilets, etc.
- Fill pipes or plumbing fixtures with water or air and observe pressure gauges to detect and locate leaks.
- Prioritising urgent works, and meeting rectification deadlines. Actively manage and meet response times.
- Ensure all the activities are performed by moral, ethical, and legal standards and maintain best FM practice.
HVAC
- Reporting directly to the Maintenance Supervisor, ensuring continuity of essential Building and Engineering services in a complex environment
- Conduct refrigeration-maintenance tasks including inspection, classification, repairs, breakdowns, and planned works, dismantling malfunctioning systems, and testing components.
- Perform maintenance and repairs across the Village, Housing & Mine Site including Air-conditioning units site-wide & Refrigeration in our Kitchen facilities.
- Prioritising urgent works, and meeting rectification deadlines. Actively manage and meet response times.
- Ensure all the activities are performed by moral, ethical, and legal standards and maintain best FM practice.
