About our program
Mirvac Construction’s Cadet program is designed to assist you in building your career in the Property & Construction Industry through our Mirvac Construction business. The program allows you to apply your university knowledge to various building construction projects (residential, commercial, mixed-use, retail), job activities and real-world scenarios.
With opportunities across Sydney and Melbourne, Mirvac Construction’s available Cadet positions for 2025 include:
- Site Cadet (Onsite)
- Commercial Cadet (Onsite)
- Health Safety and Environment Cadet (Onsite)
- Cost Planning Cadet (Head Office)
- Project Design Management Cadet (Head Office & Onsite)
- New Business Project Management Cadet (Head Office)
Requirements
To be eligible for our Cadet roles you must be a Permanent Resident, Australian Citizen, or unlimited working right visa, and available to work a minimum of 4 days per week.
You will be a student (minimum second year) from the following disciplines (but not limited to):
- Construction or Project Management
- Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Environmental)
- Architecture / Design
- Property Development
- Contract Management / Quantity Surveying
- Digital Engineering
- Construction Economics
