Job description

Expressions of interest are open to graduate and experienced primary school teachers (Years 4 - 6). This is a general call for applications to assist with forward planning for vacancies arising from staff taking periods of leave and new positions as they become available.

Marist College Canberra is an Independent Catholic School for Boys (Year 4 – 12), with an enrolment of over 1830 students.

Selection Criteria:

  • Be suitably qualified with an Education Teaching Degree (qualification must be recognised in Australia)
  • Be registered or can be registered with ACT Teacher Quality Institute
  • Ability to provide current and relevant teaching references from Middle Management/Executive Leadership level (please note referees will not be contacted prior to your express approval, and all applications are treated with complete confidentiality)
  • Have the right to work in Australia including ACT Working with Vulnerable People
