We manufacture and market a full range of products for residential and commercial applications including a large range of products and systems that cover insulation, construction fabrics, ventilation, solar, bricks and rooftiles.About the roleWe are seeking a dedicated Production Operator (Extruder Operator) to join our team at the Albury site. The Production Operator will be responsible for using plant and equipment to assist with manufacturing, packaging, and other steps along the production line, ensuring the delivery of the Albury site program within agreed time frames. This role is crucial for leading, implementing, and supporting quality and process control initiatives across the site.

• Ability to operate and manage four different types of machines
• Perform cleaning and housekeeping duties
• Responsible for maintaining paperwork and reporting on machine operations
• Mechanical aptitude is beneficial

• Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing issues
• Reliability and a strong work ethic
• Forklift operation skills are desirable
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Flexibility to work in different areas of production
