About The Opportunity
The primary objective of this role is to proficiently operate an Extrusion Machine. Additionally, we are actively seeking Team Leaders who can effectively manage and support our team.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Conduct routine checks, start ups and pre checks
- Quality assurance of products; temperature and size checks
- Move product in and out of the machine and warehouse
- Ensure machine is operating smoothly and efficiently
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience leading an effective team in a similar role
- PVC Experience is highly regarded
- Strong communication skills
- Physically fit and capable
- Forklift licence is desirable
- Ability to work shift work – 4 days on 4 days off
