Form of work We are currently seeking applications from experienced Fabrication Operators for upcoming roles at our client based in Osborne, commencing ASAP on a casual assignment. The ideal candidate will come from a defence or heavy industrial background, with strong experience in fabrication and welding, along with a positive and hard-working attitude.
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:
National police clearance issued within 3 months
Confined Space ticket refreshed within 2 years
Current Working at Heights and Elevated Work Platform tickets
Current forklift licence
Fabrication and installation experience in a defence/heavy industrial background
Experience in welding and joining
Knowledge of precision machining and comfortable with hand tools
Australian citizen
Own vehicle and current driver's license.
Applicants will be required to submit an application for the Naval Shipbuilding and Sustainment Identification Card (NSSIC) following a successful interview.
