Position Title:Fabrication Team Member (Metal Fabricator / Welder)
Location: 14-16 Pambula St, Regency Park
Reports to: Workshop Supervisor
Role Objective:
As a Fabrication Team Member at our new Regency Park premises, your primary duty involves metal fabrication and welding to meet project and product requirements. Collaborating with the team will be essential to enhance productivity, efficiency, and explore innovative solutions. You'll demonstrate support for broader objectives, including time constraints and quality standards. Balancing task completion with mentorship and fostering continuous improvement will be crucial aspects of your role.

Dynamic Engineering & Maintenance is a welding, fabrication, and maintenance business which also incorporates “Adelaide Steel Frame Windows.” Due to continued growth, we have moved to a larger workshop in Regency Park. We have been running successfully for over 21 years and continue to grow.

Responsibilities:
Fabrication
- Demonstrate proficiency in reading and working with drawings, while problem-solving to maintain high-quality products and projects.
- Collaborate closely with the team to achieve optimal timeframes and cost outcomes.

Required Qualifications / Certifications:
- Trade certification in metal fabrication with at least 5 years of proven experience
- Forklift license (preferred)
- White card
- Current driver’s license
- A weld test will be required as part of the interview.
