Role Details
The Department for Child Protection is seeking a Facilitator of Learning to join on a full-time term basis.
The role is responsible for:
- Developing, delivering, assessing, reviewing and evaluating learning programs and resources.
- Providing job specific learning and development programs and developing plans to meet individuals’ and team’s learning requirements.
- Mentoring, coaching and training staff to facilitate workplace learning activities.
- Assisting in developing performance indicators and evaluating against learning outcomes.
We are looking for a dynamic learning specialist with the ability to research and analyse material to ensure program content is contemporary and accurate.
To be successful in this role, you will use your experience in understanding, developing and applying adult learning principles and methodologies to conduct a broad range of Learning and development initiatives.
You will have a proven ability to scope, design and implement learning projects and ensuring that they include culturally current content.
If you have exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal skills together with the ability to adapt your communication style to suit different audiences, then this is the role for you!
