To continue our success, we are looking for a Facilities Maintenance Coordinator to join our team in Regency Park who will be responsible for ensuring regulatory and recommended service/maintenance of all site services and buildings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure Safety, Food Safety, Environmental and regulatory compliance with reference to Services, Buildings & Facilities
- Reduction in Engineering downtime associated with Services, Buildings & Facilities
- Manage contractors in line with legislation and company policies
- Expense control of allocated accounts
- Actively support root cause failure analysis to eliminate failures
- Manage Facilities Health and Safety on site by complying with relevant state legislation, Acts, common law, procedures and special site requirements
- Encourage and promote Pepsico Australia's Health and Safety Policy within the workplace by ensuring attainment of the safety KPIs.
About you:
- Trades or tertiary level qualifications (preferred)
- 2 to 3 years experience providing Engineering and/or maintenance support in a FMCG organisation with FMCG equipment understanding
- A proven ability to implement modern maintenance practices
- Experience in Contractor Management and associated safety systems
- Computerised maintenance management system experience - SAP PM (preferred)
- Proven ability to work with cross functional teams
- Exposure to root cause analysis processes and CI methodologies
- Computer literate, mechanical and electrical aptitude, basic fault finding using root cause analysis, and communication both written and verbal.
- Leadership and negotiation skills for managing a contracted workforce
