You will be required to undertake a wide range of cleaning services, minor maintenance and associated services related to Council’s buildings and facilities, always ensuring a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness.
You will have the ability to work in a team environment, capacity to manage your time effectively and hold great communication skills. On the job training and support provided until you are confident enough to work independently and safely.
Shifts may include early mornings, evening hours, weekend work and public holidays.

What you need to Thrive
- A current Driver’s Licence
- Cleaning experience is desirable.
- Great communication skills and the ability to provide a high level of customer service to the community and colleagues.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a safe manner and follow safety procedures.
- Solid time management skills, the ability to prioritise tasks and to follow direction.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to grasp new concepts quickly.
