What this opportunity involves:
We are looking for a Facilities Manager who will assume the lead role in the delivery of facilities management (FM) services to the client in Australia / New Zealand. You will be the single point of contact for the Client and will be responsible for ensuring a high level of client satisfaction, establishing, and managing the service delivery team, delivering key regional initiatives as well as ensuring consistency in processes, systems, and reporting. You will also ensure the efficient and consistent operation of all facility activities to meet contractual obligations with respect to the property portfolio of the Client in Australia / New Zealand. While also achieving regional outsourcing objectives of service quality, cost savings, consistency, and risk management.

Key responsibilities of the role are:
Implement and manage the change control process
Assist The Client with the development of the property budgets and forecasts in accordance with the financial timetable.
Be responsible for achievement of the agreed financial targets for the account; revenue, expenses, and debtors’ targets (JLL plan)
Be responsible for the direct management of all resources involved in the delivery of services. e.g., recruitment, performance assessment etc.
Be responsible for the implementation of technology systems to support service delivery. Ensure the required reporting from the systems.
Source, transfer and implement best practices to the account.
Drive regional consistency in the account e.g., in reporting, standard operating procedures, systems and HR practices.

Sound like you?
The suitable candidate will have an ability to communicate with people at all levels including commercial tenants and contractors. A sound knowledge of tenant relations, FM service delivery and contractor management are essential, and you’ll have proven operational experience in Facilities Management in a similar premium commercial environment. Excellent communication skills are important, and we'll expect you to work independently, multi-task, and manage your time to meet deadlines. You will pay strong attention to detail and possess excellent problem-solving skills, possessing a good work ethic and a positive attitude with a “can do” mind-set and will follow through on issues. If you are also a self-starter with the ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines, then this is the role for you!
