Role Responsibilities:
- Oversee the delivery of capital works projects.
- Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Manage base building issues, ensuring efficient responses.
- Supervise both hard and soft services.
- Ensure facilities comply with government regulations and uphold environmental, health, and security standards.
Requirements:
- Previous Facilities Management experience, ideally with Commercial, Retail, or Industrial assets.
- Proven track record in delivering capital works projects.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
