Factory Hand / Machine Operator

WANTED:Factory Hand / Machine Operator needed to assist with our rapidly growing company.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

As a team member in our Chester Hill Factory at Ecolife Solutions, you will be required to perform a variety of warehousing, pick & pack orders, potentially machine operating for the right candidate . Reporting directly to the NSW Production Manager, the duties of the Factory hand/Machine Operator include loading/unloading of trucks, both by hand and by forklift, stock control, pick & pack of orders, learning and running some of our production machinery, with the potential for additional production bonuses to be added. 

Ultimately, a successful Factory hand/ Machine Operator should assist with the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our NSW branch while contributing to a positive team environment.

THE ROLE:

 🖋 Provide manufacturing and distribution support to the growing customer base in and around NSW. 

🖋 Assist with the day to day operations of the factory

🖋 Supporting and liaising with our customers whilst delivering orders across the region. 

🖋 Assist with receiving and maintaining stock levels whilst also keeping a neat and tidy warehouse. 

🖋 Assist in the day-to-day operations of Ecolife Solutions to ensure efficient & accurate delivery of goods to site and receipting of inbound goods. 

🖋 Updating and maintaining accurate stock levels shared throughout the business. 

WHAT DO YOU NEED:

 ✔ Minimum 1 years proven Warehousing and Delivery experience

 ✔ Must be fit and healthy as sections of the role are of a manual nature.

✔ Experience operating machinery or a forklift licence beneficial but not essential

✔ Attention to detail and problem-solving skills are essential. 

✔ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

✔ Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
