Your new company
This company is a proud manufacturer and distributor of steel reinforcing products. They have state-of-the-art machinery and are continuously increasing their production capacity.
Your new role
This role will see you working in the factory and gradually being trained to operate all the different machines. This role will see you working full-time hours 5am - 1pm Monday to Friday. If you have a forklift license you will also be required to load and move material and products. You may also have to assist customers with loading pick up orders as needed.
What you'll need to succeed
This client is willing and able to train staff, however previous machine operating experience in a factory is essential. You will also need:
- A willingness to learn and be part of the team.
- Gantry crane operation experience is desirable
- The ability to work autonomously and provide great customer service when required.
- Reliable transport to get to work each day
What you'll get in return
This position offers full time work, machine specific training and above award and market pay rates. The successful applicants will start as casuals through Hays and have consistent support both from your consultant and your onsite supervisor.
