Join our Dulux Team as an Production Team Member based in Dandenong South, VIC. This role will allow you to take responsibility to operate and monitor a key part of our manufacturing process!
You will work rotating day and afternoon shifts, 36 hours, 4 days per week.
Monday – Thursday:
- Day shift 5.45am – 3.15pm
- Afternoon shift 3pm – 12.30am
- Friday overtime is optional depending on operational requirements.
Once you’ve completed training; responsibilities will include:
- Batching of raw materials
- Operation of Machinery, such as extruder & mills
- Working with robotics
- Cleaning of process equipment
- Manual handling and lifting

Skills & Experience
To thrive in this role, you’ll need to be passionate and driven to succeed in a manufacturing environment. With your strong mechanical aptitude, you will be part of identifying problems and implementing the solution! Along with this you will have the following:
- Ability to comfortably lift up to 25kgs and carry out manual handling tasks
- Attention to detail and a willingness to learn
- Ability to follow instructions and recipe cards
- Strong health and safety awareness
- Consistently punctual and reliable
- Focus on production output and continuous improvement
