Job Description:
Family Lawyer position available with a leading family law firm in Gold Coast, QLD. The firm is innovative and progressive located with a culture that is focused on developing its employees and building strong relationships with clients. They have an established reputation as a leading Family Law Firm.
Family Law work:
The firm is highly-regarded and has a prestigious family law practice that covers a broad range of complex areas including:
- Divorce and separation
- Binding Financial agreements
- Complex property settlements
- Defacto and same-sex marriage
- Child support and parenting agreements
- Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and mediations
Minimum 3+ years PAE of Family Law experience (ideally ranging across complex matters)
- Time management and organisational skills;
- Enjoy the challenge of working in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Be comfortable and experienced in Attending Court, mediations and conferences
- Salary can be negotiated upon skills and experience but a guide is $130,000 to $170,000 + Super
- Oversee a wide range of interesting and complex family law matters
- Down-to-earth and collaborative staff and regular social events
- Fantastic team including a renowned Family Law Partner, and a great mix of senior and junior family lawyers
- The firm is renowned for its ability to resolve disputes prior to reaching court
