About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrator. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the administrative functions of our farm, ensuring efficient operations and effective communication across various departments.

Key Responsibilities: 

Support of seasonal worker program activities including: 

• Onboarding of new employees including on-arrival briefing and relevant inductions.
• Coordinating accommodation, transport.
• Day to day logistics.
• Creation of bank account and TFN for new personnel.
• Distribution of payroll related information.

Other duties:

• Front of house duties including answering incoming calls, visitor inductions. 
• Weekly validation of timesheets and payroll.
• Staff uniform stock management and replenishment.
• All office and stationary stock management and replenishment.
• Office presentation and tidiness.
• Collection and distribution of post. 
• General administration tasks including data entry and filing.

 Qualifications, Experience & Attributes

• Experience as Welfare and Wellbeing care person.
• Excellent verbal and written communications. 
• Good computer skills including proficiency in Word and Excel.
• Work effectively with other staff to achieve the key performance indicators.
• Willingness and flexibility to work extra hours when required.
• A current driver license.
• Experience and understanding of QA / QC and relevant software would be highly regarded.
• Knowledge of WHS and Audit procedures would be highly regarded.
