We are looking for a passionate Assistant Manager to assist in the running of our Brisbane DFO (Factory Outlet)
With an 8 million turnover, your leadership will be instrumental in not only achieving but exceeding sales targets.
Reporting to the Store Manager and managing a dedicated team of 20+ people with a focus on customer service and operations. We are looking for an outgoing and customer focused ASM to take control of a streamlined Sunday-Thursday roster to ensure optimal team performance.
Skills & Experience:
- Previous management experience
- Outlet or Department store experience required
- Implement strategic initiatives to maximise sales.
- Works well under pressure while delivering the optimal Customer Experience
