About the Opportunity
Pilgrim has an exciting opportunity for a Concession Store Manager, located within Myer Bondi Junction. Reporting to the NSW Multi-Site Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the efficient operation of the store and manage staff rosters.
This is a full-time position, 38 hours per week, Tuesday to Saturday, As a manager, you will supervise casual staff members.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Providing excellent service and styling assistance to our customers.
- Optimising store performance by delivering strong sales results
- Managing and developing staff to foster a supportive and collaborative work environment that delivers results
- Delivering a high standard of personal, store, and stock visual presentation.
- Conducting stocktakes, accepting and unpacking stock, cash and EFTPOS transactions.
- Providing feedback to management on new ways to improve Pilgrim's performance.
As we operate under the Myer umbrella, there will be no banking responsibilities.
More About You
As our ideal candidate, you will have a minimum of 1 year’s experience in retail management, preferably in FASHION RETAIL. We are looking for a confident and proactive leader who brings passion, engagement, integrity, and a positive attitude each and every day.
Previous experience working in or managing a concessional is an advantage.
The following skills and experience will be strong assets:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Leadership skills with the ability to recruit, train, and develop a team
- Proven success in FASHION RETAIL
- Strong operations and administration ability
- Basic computer skills - Word, Excel, and Outlook is a must
- Strong understanding of styling for all body shapes.
- Passion for customer care and providing a high level of service
