Exciting opportunity for an experienced Feasibility and Development Advisory consultant - Sydney CBD

Your new company 
Our client is a well established company based in the CBD that provides a range of services including strategic planning, economic advice, Development Advisory, and valuation services. Their team consists of planners, geographers, land economists, and valuers who work together to bridge the gap between economics and planning
Their essence is to help understand and navigate the complex interrelations between strategic planning, commercial intelligence, and economic know how.
Your new role 
Working in the development strategy team, you will help with providing development feasibility, market research, and strategy advice for a wide range of clients including the following but not limited to: 

  • Completing market research for a major mixed-use precinct
  • Assessing the development feasibility for a commercial building
  • Writing engaging reports and presentations that presents new ideas on land acquisitions
  • Completing financial analysis of the cashflow of a multi-stage development
  • Modelling on EstateMaster for an industrial development in regional NSW
You will be entrusted with the responsibility of working autonomously whilst they will provide you with the tools and support to succeed and establish your own connections.

What you'll need to succeed 

  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and a high attention to detail
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • The ability to work autonomously to tight deadlines
  • A commitment towards continued professional development
  • The ability to think strategically about the team and the business
  • A background in planning, economic planning, property economics, valuations, property development or related discipline
