As a Field Engineer in our Customer Engineering Services team, you will provide complete project management for the installation of bulk vessels, cryogenic supply systems, process equipment, food and beverage systems and cylinder supply systems, to name a few.
Additional responsibilities in this role also include:
- You will manage all aspects of your projects including design, quotation, installation, commissioning, documentation, training and hand-over to the customer
- Further, you will be involved with HAZOP’s, EMOC’s and risk assessments as required to execute projects safely
- Ensuring designs and installations are completed to BOC, industry standards and statutory regulations
- In addition, you will collaborate closely with the Sales Team to solve customer challenges, promote our solutions and conduct process trials
- You will also collaborate with our SMEs on the preparation of detailed, practical engineering designs
Skills and experience we are looking for:
- You possess a University Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Chemical or Electrical engineering
- In addition, you have prior experience in project engineering and project management
- Also, you have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the same or a similar industry
- Customer oriented, you have excellent analytical skills, and your verbal and written communication skills are second to none
