We are in search of a dynamic and results-oriented Grader Operator to become an integral part of our Civil Maintenance team. This team is dedicated to the upkeep of our unsealed road networks, the maintenance of fire tracks, and capital road repair. Engaging in various civil maintenance activities, your responsibilities will encompass tasks such as patrol grading and re-sheeting of unsealed roads, along with the maintenance of fire tracks and urban rural verges. We welcome a highly motivated individual to contribute their energy and skills to our team.

The ideal candidate will possess well developed communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a genuine passion for delivering the highest level of service to our residents.

• Hold a current Grader licence (LG).
• Hold a current HR licence.
• Have a Workzone Traffic Management ticket (WZTM).
• Have a current Work safely in the construction industry card (Whitecard).
• Willingness to undertake a DHS General Employment Probity and a pre-employment medical. 
• Prioritise safety and are passionate about civil construction.
