With this in mind we are currently looking for a Field Service Apprentice to join our Service division. This will be a 4 year apprenticeship whereby we will provide you with: Extensive on the job training under the supervision of a qualified technicians Fully funded Certificate III in Appliance Servicing or a state equivalent course Attainment of Disconnect/Reconnect Electrical Licence following completion of the Certificate III Upon successful completion, an opportunity for ongoing employment within our Service Division as a Miele Field Service Technician Within this role you will: Assist Miele Technicians as directed in a professional manner Carry out customer service repairs at customer premises under supervision Carry out customer service repairs in the workshop. Complete appliance conversions as necessary. Provide quotations to customers for appliance repairs, where appliances have been delivered to the Workshop. Conduct refurbishment / repair of returned product, in an efficient manner achieving KPI targets set Pre-commission of new or special products Stock control tasks for field and warehouse Complete accurate paperwork necessary for all workshop and field repairs Requirements of the role…
