We are currently seeking a motivated and passionate Field Service Engineer– Infection Control to join our Service Team in Brisbane. You will be responsible for conducting Maintenance for Getinge equipment based at our customer sites and supporting other Getinge Field Service Engineers as necessary.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Conducting Preventative and Reactive Maintenance for Getinge equipment based at our customer sites.
- Building strong relationships with Getinge Customers through effective customer service and interpersonal skills;
- Supporting installations of Getinge capital equipment.

Mandatory requirements:
- A current A grade Electrical license.
- Previous experience as a Field Service Engineer or Technician, ideally in the MedTech sector
- A proven track record of going above and beyond for others;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer service orientation
- Are able to work under pressure to tight deadlines;
- Excellent communication skills; an ability to work as part of a team; a mechanical aptitude; and a valid Driver’s Licence.
Desirable background:
Previous experience as a Field Service Engineer or Technician, ideally in the MedTech sector
