The Opportunity
We are currently looking for a Field Services Engineer for the Energy Storage & Optimisation business in Adelaide, SA.
Initially, a 17-month contract will be offered for the duration of the project, with a strong possibility of transitioning to a permanent position upon successful completion of the project.
The Responsibilities
- Support the commissioning of stationary battery energy storage systems and related equipment.
- Resolve technical and operational issues at customer installations.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Prepare and deliver analytical reports with well-founded conclusions and recommendations for addressing technical client problems as needed.
- Participate in client meetings as a local technical advisor when required.
- Generate service work reports and other relevant documentation related to site visits or customer interactions.
- Execute Field Service activities according to the agreed-upon needs and work plan.
Selection Criteria
- Master's or bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent work experience.
- Must have a full Australian electrical license.
- 2-4 years' experience with energy storage systems and/or renewable energy, power systems design.
- Commissioning experience
