What’s the role?This is an exciting opportunity to join our Western Australia team on a permanent, full-time basis, based in Perth (or surrounds).
In this role, you will travel to Customers sites (domestically and internationally) to support our assets by commissioning new machines, performing maintenance on current machines in the field as well as training Customer mine site personnel on the RME suite of technologies that may be fitted to their machines.
As part of this role, you will recommend spare parts to the Customer to ensure their Machine is supported throughout the lifecycle.
As you will be the “face of RME” on Customer sites and be essential in building relationships with key stakeholders on site, well developed written and spoken communication skills are essential for this role.

RME offers an exceptional pay structure where you are paid a daily rate up to $1,000. This is dependent on skills and experience in line with our Performance based Pay (PBP) structure.

Along with this, we are offering a $4,000 sign on bonus with $2,000 (gross) payable on commencement and $2,000 (gross) payable after 12 months of service. Additionally, relocation assistance may be offered.

To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Certificate III in recognised field (e.g. Electrotechnology, Fitter & Turner, Diesel Mechanic, Motor Mechanic) or similar trade qualification.
- You must also have a current open driver's licence.
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- A positive Customer-centric attitude with excellent communication skills.
