Rainstorm is a specialist dust control company which offers a suite of products and specialist services to Mines, Civil Contractors and Local Governments. Since its inception in Australia in the early 90’s Rainstorm have been focused on the dust control, soil stabilisation and rehabilitation industries.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Installing/commissioning and troubleshooting of Rainstorm products and equipment;
- Performing preventative maintenance;
- Manufacture and design of Rainstorm products;
- Liaise with suppliers in development of Rainstorm products;
- Training customers in the correct use of Rainstorm products and systems;
- Effectively 'debriefing' and reporting of service calls as required;
- Completing administrative tasks promptly and accurately;
- Maintaining a thorough working knowledge of Rainstorm products and systems;
- Able to provide after hours and weekend support in line with customer requirements.
Qualifications & Experience:
- A recognised technical qualification;
- Current drivers licence;
- 1+ years' experience in a technical field role;
- Proven ability to work independently and meet established deadlines;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proven problem solving and analytical skills;
- Strong customer service orientation;
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations;
- Commercial awareness;
- Demonstrable technical aptitude.
