Advanced Print Scan Solutions Pty Ltd (APSS), Head Office located in Melbourne is a Managed Print and ICT solutions provider with national coverage. We are seeking a Melbourne based professional, reliable and enthusiastic technician to join our dynamic team, whom has working experience with multifunction (MFP) printers. In this role, you will liaise directly with our clients when installing/repairing office equipment therefore must have excellent communication and client relationship skills.
Ideally, you will possess the following:
SKILLS
- Proven experience in: Service & repair of a wide range of multi-function printers/copiers with preference given to technicians experienced in RICOH, Lexmark, Fuji Xerox, Kyocera and OKI.
- Strong understanding of Installation requirements; print queue, scan to email and folder; experience with cloud-based apps is highly desirable.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills, a proven ability at resolving business incidents specifically around MFP's;
- Able to provide client training and support
- Good working knowledge of network connectivity, PCs, software and operating systems, within an office environment
- Ability to work under pressure and follow SLA's
- You will have outstanding written and verbal communication skills, the ability to build relationships with clients and to work independently
- Your experience will be from a similar background and be accustomed to being on the road.
Highly Regarded
- Strong Understanding of Basic Networking - Setting up switched networks, troubleshooting and tracing. Solid understanding of routing and switching.
- Strong understanding and confidence working with PCs, MACs, Chrome OS and Windows Servers - Installing software, setting up print queues and shared folders, and troubleshooting in relation to printing and scanning.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365- Both using and supporting Office Apps, Teams, OneNote, Sharepoint. Experience with Admin portal is highly regarded.
- Experienced in providing remote support via: Phone or Video calls, Remoting into clients computers; via Chat
- Experience with CRM/ERP tools to manage job allocation, stock, etc
- Willingness & aptitude to learn new technologies and products
- Self-initiative to learn and grow.
• You must hold a Full Driver's License and the successful candidate will require a National Police Certificate (Police Check) & Work with Children Certificate.
