Key Responsibilities
- Installing and setting up access control systems such as barriers, gates, turnstiles, and bollards at customer sites.
- Performing regular maintenance and troubleshooting issues to ensure the proper functioning of access control systems.
- Providing technical support and assistance to customers, addressing and resolving any operational issues they encounter.
- Testing and calibrating equipment to ensure it meets performance and safety standards.
- Maintaining accurate records of installations, maintenance, repairs, and customer interactions.
- Implementing system upgrades and modifications as required to enhance performance and meet customer needs.
- Training customers and end-users on the proper use and operation of access control systems.
- Responding to emergency service calls to address urgent issues promptly.
About you
- Relevant trade qualifications or certifications in electronics
- Previous experience in installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including on-call or emergency response situations.
- Willingness to travel
