Primary Administration Assistant
Carmichael College is a Prep to Year 11 co-educational, non-denominational Christian College situated in Morayfield. The College was established in 2015 and is enjoying steady growth. By 2025 the school will have students in Prep to Year 12.
The College is seeking a professional, enthusiastic and self-motivated team player who has proven experience in providing excellent customer service and administrative support.
This is a part-time position – Term Times only and will commence in Term 1 2025.
General responsibilities include:
· Providing administration support for the Primary Leadership Team and Executive Assistant
· Assisting with all Primary events, and wider College events when required
· Maintenance of efficient office systems within Primary Administration – including efficient filing systems – hard copy and electronic
· Managing the Primary calendar and liaising with College calendar teams
· Coordinating bookings of Primary camps, incursions, excursions, sporting events and transport
· Management of office equipment as required
· Procurement of office stationery and resources
· Responding to all phone calls, enquiries and other Primary school related items in a timely manner
· Other duties as required by Head of Primary.
Essential criteria:
· Enrolments database (Sentral) experience, or the ability to learn quickly
· Knowledge and experience in the Microsoft Office suite
· First aid qualification is an advantage
· Driver’s license
· Christian and active member in a Christian church.
The Primary Administration Assistant reports to the Head of Primary.
