Multinational company with activities in three main service and utility areas traditionally managed by public authorities - water management waste management and energy services.
Your new role
- Providing technical assistance to end-users.
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Resolving network connectivity problems.
- Assisting with the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of onboard devices in trucks (e.g., GPS, telematics, sensors).
- Collaborating with truck drivers and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Fixing android devices
- Conducting on-site visits to customer locations.
- Diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to water treatment equipment.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's Degree or College Diploma in IT or related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate) are advantageous.
- Experience in Field Services Engineering, IT support
- Experience in VOIP, Android devices, networking advantageous
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer-oriented mindset
