- Installing and testing all IT devices onsite for store developments and IT projects on time and in full
- Regularly scheduling onsite visits to audit the stores IT environment
- Maintaining the IT environment at stores by cleaning, standardizing and optimizing the hardware
- Performing onsite analysis, diagnosis and resolution for IT incidents that require an onsite presence
- Remove and replace IT devices as part of life cycle management, sites expansions or relocations
- Ensuring our customers are satisfied that their IT devices are operating as expected
- Creating and maintaining documented procedures for your project and daily tasks
- Assisting third-party technicians with executing their IT tasks
- Maintain provided tools required and report on any damages or losses
- Manage, support and resolve systems and user requests. Includes liaising with vendors for system upgrade/maintenance.
- Proactively ensure the highest level of systems and infrastructure availability.
- Align IT infrastructure solutions and delivery to strategic business as well as tactical and operational end-user needs.
- Support procurement process for IT hardware and software/including maintenance budgeting. Includes installations, integrations, maintenance and configurations of software and hardware, operating systems and security systems.
