Field Supervisor

• 3/1 roster, FIFO and DIDO from Perth, Kalgoorlie or Esperance
• 3-4-month contract
• Starting early September.

Our client is an ASX-listed Australian Rare Earths Exploration Company, whose project is located 70km south-east of Norseman. At present, they are seeking an experienced Field Supervisor to join their team on a contract basis, as they expand, explore, and upgrade the existing clay-hosted rare earths resource.

Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Ensuring all field operations are conducted within the safety and environment guidelines
• Supervise field staff and provide drilling program assistance
• Logistics and ordering of camp supplies
• Heritage and traditional landowner liaison
• Ensuring the program has the appropriate logistical support including vehicles, camps, consumables, and equipment.

About you:

• 4+ years' experience in similar roles
• AC drilling experience
• Previous experience in setting up remote camps is highly regarded
• Experience in purchasing and field logistics
• Current C Class License (or equivalent)
• Previous operational experience on 4WD vehicles and equipment.

This is a contract position working on a 3/1 roster, FIFO and DIDO from Perth, Kalgoorlie or Esperance. An exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team at their exploration site in the Central Biranup Zone of the Albany Fraser Orogen.
