Form of work The Central Coast's premier specialist exterior cleaning and maintenance company is searching for a passionate Field Technician to join our dynamic team.
As a Field Technician, you will delight customers by using your keen eye for detail and specialised cleaning and maintenance skills to dramatically improve the value and curb appeal of any property.
This position involves working outdoors, often at heights and requires a combination of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and excellent customer service.
All jobs are at various locations on the Central Coast, so it is ideal if you want to live and work locally. We offer a flexible schedule that allows you to enjoy a 4-day workweek while accommodating your family and lifestyle needs.
What you'll do:
- Perform various specialised cleaning and maintenance tasks, such as gutter cleaning, soft washing of buildings, pressure cleaning, and window cleaning.
- Work in a safe and efficient manner while closely following company policies and procedures.
- Provide great customer service by building a connection with clients and making sure they are happy with the service received.
- Keep your work vehicle and equipment clean, maintained and organised.

- You have a keen eye for detail and find joy in a job well done.
- You're self-motivated and love to tackle a challenge.
- You're a good communicator and work well with a team.
- You enjoy working outdoors, are comfortable in various weather conditions and working at heights.
- You're a fast learner and eager to contribute.
Requirements:
- A valid driver's license.
- A level of physical fitness to perform the required tasks.
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience in cleaning, maintenance, or construction.
- Relevant safety certifications (White Card, Working at Heights).
- Additional skills in general maintenance or construction.
