Are you an experienced open-cut mining dozer operator looking for an exciting new challenge? Rio Tinto is seeking enthusiastic and highly skilled individuals who are ready to embark on a new challenge establishing our newest operation, Western Ranges Mine, Greater Paraburdoo. Ideal candidates will have experience with the following equipment and systems:

• Dozers: D8, D9, D10, D11
• Komatsu 375/475
• CAES, Frontrunner, Modular, Minestar systems

Consideration will also be given to those individuals who have had extensive experience operating dozers in a civil/earthworks capacity with a proven track record of high precision dozer/final trim/batter/contour work.

You’ll be part of a friendly and inclusive team, supported by your Supervisor to grow and achieve your own personal goals as well as the goals of the team. You’ll do 8/6, 7/7 roster, which will give you more time to spend on the things that are important to you and the people in your life. You can commute to site directly from Perth, so you can grow your career while continuing to enjoy the lifestyle you choose. If you don’t currently reside in Western Australia, we’ll provide full relocation for the right candidates so you can enjoy the incredible lifestyle WA has to offer.

You’ll stay on site for the duration of your roster with your own room equipped with TV and ensuite, the mess offers extensive menu options to suit most dietary requirements and there a wide range of activities to keep you entertained after your shift such as group gym classes, yoga and swimming pool.
