KW Civil & Construction Pty Ltd, are a leading name in the earth works and civil construction industry, we are searching for a seasoned and resourceful Project Manager to join our dynamic team. Position
As a Site-Based Project Manager, you will be instrumental in overseeing and ensuring the successful execution of our projects. The ideal candidate will have over five years of hands-on experience in Project Management within the Earth works and Civil Construction industry. This includes managing, detailed earth works , roadworks, in-ground services, and bulk earthworks. If you have a passion for delivering excellence and a proven track record in project management, this is the opportunity for you. We are looking for candidates who can lead multiple projects simultaneously and are ready for the next step in their career. This is a 2:1 FIFO position.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee earth works civil construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Lead project planning, scheduling, and execution to meet project goals and client expectations.
Manage project finances, including budgeting, costing, check estimation to ensure projects are completed within financial constraints.
Review and approve project plans, design drawings, and specifications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, contractors, and consultants to ensure project success.
Conduct regular progress reports, monitor project timelines and execution , and manage project claims.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and legal obligations, maintaining a focus on quality assurance and risk management.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field from a reputable institution.
Over five years of proven experience in Project Management within the civil construction industry.
Demonstrated expertise in project planning, financial management, and quality assurance.
Proficient in project tendering, scheduling, and general management.
Full working rights with a valid driver's license.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office
Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project or equivalent
Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar design software is a plus
Procore trained is a bonus.
