Salary $120,000 + Superannuation

- Ensures all tasks associated with food production are done according to food safety regulations

- Develop menus and meal plans to meet dietary and cultural requirements on site while ensuring maximum utilisation of stocks
- Able to work under pressure while maintaining a professional manner
- Have full work rights in Australia
- Hold a Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or Trade Certificate
- Have minimum of five (5) years work experience in a commercial kitchen
- Have proficient computer skills
- Have function and menu development skills
- Have strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
- Able to pass pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screening and national police clearance
- Be flexible to work on a FIFO roster, demonstrating adaptability and resilience
