KT Civil Group are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Final Trim Grader Operator to join the Civil Services team at Narrabri Coal Mine. This role will report to the Civil Services Manager. This position is residential in Narrabri and requires you to work a Monday – Friday dayshift only roster, providing grounds for an excellent work-life balance.

To take advantage of this opportunity you will need to possess the following skills and attributes:
- Minimum 2 years Final Trim and Road Construction Experience
- Competent With and Without Machine Control
- Proficient with GPS Control
- Can Operate Graders Cat 140
- Strong communication skills
Tasks will include, but are not limited to the following:
- Operate plant as directed with due care and responsibility.
- Operate plant safely and efficiently.
- Complete pre-starts and communicate any issues.
- Maintain close communication with team and management.
- Work as part of a crew and cooperate with others on site to improve efficiency.
