Form of workEagers Automotive is seeking a highly motivated and driven Finance & Insurance Business Managerto join our dynamic team at Rockingham Hyundai & Suzuki!
Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for selling finance and insurance products to customers and providing excellent customer experience. This is an outstanding career opportunity for the right candidate who will enjoy providing our guests with an excellent customer service experience.
Duties will include:
- Maximising the profitable sales of finance and insurance
- Delivering exceptional customer experience by understanding all areas of the business
- Building and maintaining relationships with your internal and external stakeholders
- Developing your knowledge of our brand, products & services
- Delivering value for customers
- Ensuring the administrative operations are completed accurately
- Meeting KPIs and sales targets
About you:
If you have a positive, 'can do' attitude, passion for providing great customer service as well as confidence in your communication and negotiation skills, we would like to hear from you!
Ideally you will possess:
- Must have experience with providing finance and/ or lending services
- Proven ability to build rapport and foster successful relationships
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
- Ability to work autonomously and be driven by results
