Finance Lawyer, Perth

We are looking for a Finance Lawyer to join the rapidly expanding corporate law firm in Australia.
This firm's Banking & Finance team advises big banks, investment groups, credit funds, and both public and private companies on various high-profile finance transactions, including syndicated, bilateral, and structured deals.
The Role:

• advising on onshore and offshore credit funds, asset managers

• advising on structured finance and hybrid transactions

• restructuring, venture debt and growth finance

The Candidate:

• qualified Lawyer with 2+ PAE

• proven experience in Banking & Finance

• ability to demonstrate strong problem-solving skills

• engage in the firm's business development activities

• possess an innovative mindset
