Finance Operations Excellence ManagerLocation: North RydeOur mission is to continue to grow and innovate and deliver the most valued entertainment experience to more Australians than ever before.We are currently recruiting an Operations Excellence Manager to join our Financial Control team who will be the engine of operational excellence across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and banking transactions. This role will be key in ensuring the integrity and timeliness of the delivery of Finance Operations across transactions for the Foxtel Group.Role & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all AR duties, including investigating and resolving queries to non-payment of invoices
Debt monitoring, reporting and collection to ensure all debt is collected on timeAssist AP function to ensure that suppliers are paid on time and accuratelyProvide leadership, advice, and direction to our offshore teamReview weekly payment runs and ensure they comply with internal processes and proceduresPrepare weekly AP cash file and work with internal stakeholders to order FXForecast AP paymentsAd hoc tasks as requiredYour experience & capability
- Degree qualified in Accounting, preferably a Qualified Accountant (CA, CPA, CIMA etc)
5+ years' similar experience in a large corporate organisationPrior experience in PeopleSoft and Landmark, highly desirableAn aptitude and drive for seeking continuous process improvement and innovationStrong self-starter, able to meet deadlines and with exceptional organizational skillsProven ability to be versatile and action-orientedUnderstands business drivers to provide genuine business valued output and analysisStrong stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to build trusted relationships across the businessDemonstrated ability to work both autonomously as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment under time pressureLife at Foxtel GroupA career with us means working across one or more of our brands including Foxtel, Hubbl, Kayo Sports, BINGE, Flash, Fox Sports and Foxtel Media.
