Finance Operations Team Lead

If you feel a little stuck in your development then this Finance Operations Team Leader position offers you the chance to scratch the leadership itch that you have. In this role you will be leading a transactional team and the business will welcome your ideas and initiative around improving the transactional processes across AP and AR.

If you have a wealth of AP and AR experience and are looking to lead a transactional team, this opportunity allows you to be bold change and influence the company if there are faster, more efficient methods of doing things. You will be able to put the plans in place to make improvements. You will be given the freedom and support to do so.

The company will support you on this journey as you oversee and help your transactional colleagues in their daily tasks.
