Randstad Accounting is partnering with one of Australia's leaders in the pharmaceutical industry for an exciting Financial Services Manager opportunity in the Eastern suburbs. The role will be a permanent position in which you will aid in being the main point of contact for auditors and supporting the business through Financial Reporting processes.
About your new role
Working in a large team and overseeing two Accountants within the Financial team, you will support the organisation by being a Financial Accountant Manager who has an eye for detail, great communication skills and efficiently manages deadlines. Main responsibilities which will be but aren't limited to:
- Effectively complete and prepare Cash Flow reports;
- Ensure the completion of reconciliations and annual audits;
- Personal and professional liaising with bank;
- Be a professional and reliable point of contact for auditors;
- Provide a high degree of autonomy and ability to action financial processes.
What you need to succeed
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in an accounting or finance space;
- CA or CPA qualifications (or in the process of acquiring) highly desirable;
- Excellent presentation and communication skills;
- A keen willingness to learn and outcome-driven personality;
- Ability to effectively work to deadlines and manage multiple priorities;
- Prior Accounting supervisory experience is non-negotiable.
